Bite Club should run just fine on phones! If you've been having trouble getting it to work (e.g. you're just getting a grey screen) then try disabling your content blocker. For some reason, iOS's built-in Screen Time content blocker seems to stop it from launching correctly even if you whitelist itch.io.
